- Online orders of chocolate items are pick up at store location or can be delivered.
- Offer a Free 30 minute consultation at your place of business to help go over products and service available.
- Shipping can be done depending on the time of the year and locations for an additional fee.
Return Policy
Chocolate items are not returnable after item has been delivered. Order may be canceled for a refund must be 5 days before delivery date.
Other products ordered can be returned in 5 days from deliver for refund as original payment. No price adjustment on items purchase.
A deposit is due on any custom order at the time the order is placed and balance due on delivery of merchandise.
All returns are up to the subject of the approval of NV Events Planner / Custom Chocolate owner at the time.
